💕 You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
📸 What kind of photos can I upload?

For the best results, please upload clear, high-resolution images. Blurry, dark, pixelated, or heavily cropped photos may not print clearly, and Rep Your Sets is not responsible for print quality resulting from low-quality images provided by the customer.
🎨 Can you create a design for me?
Absolutely!
If you don't have a completed design, simply leave your ideas in the order notes. Tell me your colors, theme, inspiration, names, or special requests, and I'll create something unique just for you. Or check out our already pre made designs.
💅 What are custom nail decals?
Custom nail decals are ultra-thin waterslide decals printed with your photos, logos, artwork, or custom designs. Simply apply them over polished or gel nails and seal them with your favorite gel top coat.
⏳ How long does processing take?
Most custom orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. I'll always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Shipping times vary depending on USPS and your location. While most orders arrive quickly, delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
🚚 My package is still in transit.
Once your order has been accepted and scanned by USPS, it is no longer in the possession of Rep Your Sets.
Please use your tracking number for the latest delivery updates. Shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other carrier issues are outside of our control.
🏠 I entered the wrong shipping address.
Please contact me immediately if you notice your shipping address is incorrect.
If your order has not shipped, I'll gladly update the address.
If your package has already shipped, I'm unable to change or reroute it.
If the package is returned to Rep Your Sets because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, I'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
📬 My package says "Delivered," but I can't find it.
Please check:
• Your mailbox
• Around your home
• Your apartment office
• With neighbors
• Your local USPS office
Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
Unfortunately, once USPS marks a package as delivered, Rep Your Sets cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.
💖 Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Every custom order at Rep Your Sets is made specifically for you.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email ripyoursetsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so I can review the issue.
If the issue is determined to be our mistake, I'll gladly provide one of the following:
💕 A replacement item
💕 Store credit toward a future purchase
My goal is always to make things right when an error is on my end.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be issued for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout
• USPS shipping delays
• Packages marked as delivered by USPS
• Blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images submitted by the customer
• Minor color differences caused by phone, tablet, or computer screens
• Change of mind after production has started
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed your uploaded images, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.
💅 Do you sell anything besides custom decals?
Yes!
Rep Your Sets also carries nail supplies, nail accessories, and other beauty products, with new items being added regularly.
Don't forget to check back often for new arrivals!
🛍️ Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Absolutely!
If you're interested in placing a large order for your salon, business, event, or brand, please email me. I'd love to work with you.
✨ Can I cancel my order?
Because custom orders begin production quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to help.
